Seattle Pacific University’s Registration Form Instructions for the June 2008 Group

The following instructions pertain to Step I and II of the attached Registration form for graduate credits:

Step I – On Line 1 of Step I, the June group should print or type SUMMER, 2008 on the form in the space opposite “Quarter/Year.”  Then supply the rest of the required information in Step I.

Step II – Below is the information needed to complete Step II of the Registration form.  For example, if you want to register for only SIX graduate credits,[1] use the information shown on the table below to complete one row corresponding with SIX CREDITS.  Likewise, if you want to also register for the FOUR-HOUR PRACTICUM, then record the information shown below for four credits. [2]
